Leadership Monterey County Leadership Monterey County builds awareness of local business, and community concerns, and encourages involvement and stewardship to help shape the future of Monterey County. The purpose of the yearbook is to provide quick access to LMC Classmates + Partners. It must be a functional, easy-to-read directory. Wanting to decide between two versions of creating a yearbook one that was illustrative based and one that was more typography heavily based. I leaned towards the typography-based cover and wanted to create a more monochromatic element to the yearbook and I believe I accomplished that.
